Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to PicMyTrip, a digital travel-planning product operated by GeekArthas. It explains how information is handled when you visit the website, create an account, plan a trip, generate an image, buy credits, or contact support.

Information we collect

We may collect:

1. Account information - name, email address, profile image, authentication records, and account identifiers.
2. Trip and prompt content - destinations, trip length, pace, interests, traveler descriptions, edits, image prompts, and generated output. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for planning.
3. Usage and device data - pages used, feature events, browser type, device type, IP-derived security data, cookies, and similar technical records.
4. Transaction records - product, price, currency, order status, payment-provider references, credit balance, and refund status. PicMyTrip does not store full card numbers.
5. Support content - messages, attachments, order references, and other information you choose to provide in a ticket or email.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate and save requested content, deliver credits, process transactions, prevent abuse, screen image prompts, respond to support requests, analyze product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that support the service, including:

• Creem, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, taxes, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment support.
• Creem Moderation API, which receives user-supplied image prompts and a pseudonymous external identifier before an image model is called.
• Third-party AI model providers, which process trip inputs or approved prompts to produce requested AI output.
• Cloudflare and other infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, and analytics providers used to host and operate PicMyTrip.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect users, PicMyTrip, and the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Payment information

Creem acts as Merchant of Record for Creem transactions and may collect billing identity, location, tax, and payment information under its own privacy terms. PicMyTrip receives transaction references and status information needed to deliver credits and support the order, but not complete card credentials.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account operation, transaction and tax records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement. You may request account deletion, although some transaction and security records may need to be retained.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, secret-management practices, and service monitoring intended to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information. You can also manage account details and certain cookies through the product or browser. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

PicMyTrip is not directed to children, and purchases must be made by an adult. Do not submit a child's full name, contact details, precise home address, school, medical information, or other sensitive data in traveler descriptions.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.
