Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and request instructions for PicMyTrip credit packs.

Digital product delivery

PicMyTrip sells one-time digital credit packs, not subscriptions or physical goods. Credits are delivered to the purchasing account after payment is confirmed. Each travel guide image export currently costs 100 credits, and each pack has the expiration period shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

When a refund may be available

Contact us within 14 days of purchase, or within any longer period required by applicable law, if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • payment completed but the purchased credits were not delivered;
  • the charge was unauthorized;
  • an unused credit pack was purchased by mistake; or
  • a material technical failure prevented the purchased service from being provided and support could not resolve it.

We may ask for the account email, order reference, date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details.

Generally non-refundable situations

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after credits have been used, expired credits, dissatisfaction based only on unverified AI travel suggestions, policy-violating use, or inability to use the service caused by unsupported devices or third-party connectivity outside PicMyTrip's control.

When an image export fails before completion, PicMyTrip normally restores the related credits automatically. A credit restoration is not a cash refund. Contact support if the balance is not corrected.

How to request a refund

Email support@picmytrip.ai from the address associated with the account. Include the Creem order reference and a concise explanation. We will acknowledge or respond to the request within 3 business days.

Creem acts as Merchant of Record for Creem purchases. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, mandatory law controls.
