Acceptable Use Policy
Content and conduct rules for using PicMyTrip and its AI features.
Last updated: 2026-07-18
Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all content submitted to or created with PicMyTrip, including trip details, chat messages, image prompts, uploaded files, generated output, and support messages. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited sexual content
You may not use PicMyTrip to create, request, upload, transform, or distribute:
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content;
- nudity intended for sexual display or sexual solicitation;
- any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a minor;
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a real person without clear consent;
- prompts that disguise prohibited sexual content or attempt to bypass safety controls.
There is no exception for fictional, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated material.
Face manipulation and impersonation
PicMyTrip may not be used for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive face manipulation, impersonation, forged identity documents, or content intended to mislead people about a real person's actions or statements.
Other prohibited use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or facilitate fraud, exploitation, trafficking, violence, self-harm, or other serious wrongdoing;
- create hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content;
- infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- expose another person's sensitive personal information or track them without consent;
- create malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems;
- interfere with PicMyTrip, evade rate limits, automate abusive traffic, resell access, or bypass payment and moderation controls;
- misrepresent AI output as an official map, ticket, booking, identity document, professional advice, or verified real-world record.
Image prompt moderation
Every user-supplied prompt routed to an image-generation model is screened through the Creem Moderation API before generation, queueing, or credit charging. A decision of deny or flag blocks the request. If moderation is unavailable, PicMyTrip fails closed and does not send the prompt to the image model.
You must not split, encode, translate, misspell, or otherwise alter a prompt to evade this screening. Successful technical evasion does not make prohibited content acceptable.
Enforcement
We may block content, limit features, preserve relevant safety records, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. Credits consumed by completed, policy-compliant work are not refunded because a later request is blocked. A blocked prompt is not sent to the image model and is not charged image-generation credits.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse or ask whether a use case is permitted by emailing support@picmytrip.ai. Include only the information needed to investigate and do not attach illegal content.
