Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of PicMyTrip, a digital travel-planning product operated by GeekArthas. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to purchase a credit pack.

Service description

PicMyTrip provides an AI-assisted interface that creates editable travel-plan drafts and traveler-specific guide cards. Paid credits can be used to export confirmed content as a PNG image guide. PicMyTrip does not provide bookings, tickets, tours, transportation, professional travel advice, or physical goods.

Independent AI service

PicMyTrip provides its own interface and workflow on top of third-party services, including third-party AI model providers. PicMyTrip is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers. Providers and models may change as the service evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share or resell account access. Notify support@picmytrip.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use PicMyTrip to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content;
• sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors;
• face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive face manipulation;
• illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, fraudulent, infringing, or privacy-invasive content;
• prompts intended to evade moderation or other safety controls.

Image prompts are screened before model use. Prompts that are denied or flagged by the safety system are blocked. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination without a refund for consumed credits.

Generated content and travel accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring that your use is lawful. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify opening hours, reservations, prices, visas, accessibility, transit, health, weather, and safety information with official sources. Generated illustrations are not official maps, tickets, confirmations, or guarantees.

Credit packs and digital delivery

Paid products are one-time digital credit packs, not subscriptions. Credits are added to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. Each travel guide image export currently costs 100 credits. The pricing page shows the credit quantity and expiration period for each pack before checkout. Expired, transferred, resold, or fraudulently obtained credits have no cash value.

Payment, tax, and receipts

Creem acts as Merchant of Record for Creem purchases. Creem processes payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and issues transaction documents under its terms. You must provide accurate billing information. The final checkout page shows the amount and applicable tax before payment.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and request instructions are described in the Refund Policy. Contact support@picmytrip.ai with the account email and order reference. We respond within 3 business days.

Intellectual property

PicMyTrip's software, brand, interface, and original product materials are owned by the operator or licensed to it. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant PicMyTrip and its providers the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the requested service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, payment disputes, abuse prevention, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will meet every requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicMyTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for travel decisions made from unverified generated information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.
